Your PTO donations go directly to supporting ALL these initiatives and programming, that would otherwise not be possible without your support.
Classrooms – Artist-in-residence programs, classroom magazine subscriptions, Reading Eggs, Discover Ed, Brain Pop, teacher start-up funds, art and STEM special projects, and Skywriters books
Wonderland – Plants and soil, maintenance, upkeep, classroom supplies, supplemental instructional services
Teacher Support – Professional development, substitute days
PTO Expenses – PayPal fees, insurance, tax preparation, UPC dues, Membership Toolkit, website management fees, supplies
Other SSKY Support – Geography Bee, Field/Fun Day, principal discretionary expenses, 6th grade PILOTS Program, workroom & custodian supplies, nurse supplies, off-duty officers
PTO Spirit Events – Spring Fling community event, STEM night, Science Fair, Talent Show, Trunk or Treat, Art Walk, Ambassador playdates
Hospitality – Teacher appreciation lunches, teacher/staff gifts, conference week snacks and meals, etc.
*Note: Aforementioned expenses do not reflect classroom support (CSF) funds which are only collected by the PTO for use by the grade levels. Grade level teachers hold responsibility of how CSF funds are utilized for their classroom and grade level. When applicable, expenses are shown net of projected inflows.
