Sonoran Sky Elementary School offers the EduKit program as a convenient option for busy families to order school supplies for the 2025/2026 year. EduKits include the supplies requested by our teachers and approved by our school.
Your student's order will be in the classroom by next year's PTO Roundup/Meet-the-Teacher event.
Feeling the extra love? In addition to your student's individual supplies, you can support the classroom by purchasing the "Support Our School" kit. These kits contain additional supplies such as tissues and soap for the classroom.
Missed the early bird order date? Extended ordering is available through June 9 - June 27 for an additional fee of $12.95 and will be delivered to your home before the first day of school.
We are so excited to announce a new partnership between Mill Industries and Sonoran Sky! They just donated 3 Mill Food Waste Recyclers to our school to help in the reduction of food waste in the cafeteria, teach the students about the value that food waste has, and how important it is to keep it out of landfills!
If you are interested in trying a Mill Food Waste Recycler in your home, here is how the program works for private customers:
Below you will find a link, through which you can sign up for a 2 month free trial. As soon as the food recycler arrives at your home, the trial period starts. There will be detailed directions on how to install the bin, what to put in it (all food scraps, plate waste, meat, chicken bones, cheese...) and what to avoid. You will also get a 5 gallon bucket from RCity, a local farm. The food grounds produced in the bin, will go into the bucket and then get picked up once a month by the farmer, who composts them on the farm. Every quarter you have the option to get veggies from the farm or compost. If you want to keep the grounds and compost in your own garden, you are very welcome to do this as well. If, for any reason, you don’t want to continue after the 2 free months, Mill will pick up the bin and bucket and you are all done. If you like this program, you will continue by paying $35 per month.
iff's Treats is new to the area and specialize in sending warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven, cookies to your friends and family. Interested in trying them out? Enter PHXISDS for 25% off your order.
